Michael Knoth

Michael Knoth is an associate attorney practicing in both the transactional and litigation areas of business law. Michael earned his J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law and was sworn into the State Bar of Michigan in 2024. He also obtained his bachelor's degree from MSU's James Madison College.

Michael joined DMH as a law clerk at the end of 2023. He is passionate about crafting transaction documents to achieve the client's goals while protecting their interests, and enjoys becoming thoroughly acquainted with clients and their cases through DMH's hands-on approach to complex business litigation. Further, he appreciates that the skills of transactional and litigation practice inform and complement each other.

The boutique firm environment at DMH has afforded Michael the opportunity to jump into the deep end and gain a broad range of experiences in various aspects of business law in his first year of practice with the support and guidance of the rest of the team at DMH.
